The Gahanna Veterans Memorial Park is located at the end of Old Johnstown Rd. and Big
Walnut Creek in Gahanna . The park was dedicated on Veterans Day in 1998. The park
was built to allow for the placement of up to 20,000 engraved bricks honoring our local
veterans of the U.S. miltary services. To date there are approximately 2,000 bricks placed
and dedicated in the park. For more information on becoming involved with the
memorial please call the Gahanna Department of Parks & Recreation.
