The Creekside Story: New Project Timeline
The New Creekside Project began in late 2004 with the demolition of existing buildings and will
continue until the project is opened in Late 2007. Major milestones along the way will include
the opening of the underground garage and of the newly expanded Creekside Park.
2005 Spring
Demolition of Existing Structures (Completed May 2005)
2005 Summer
Commence Site Excavation (Completed October 2005)
Commence construction of underground garage
2005 Fall
Commence construction of garage cap
2006 Winter
Completion of Architectural & Engineering Plans
Commence construction of buildings A, B & C shells
2006 Spring
Commence Construction of above ground garage
2006 Winter
Commence construction of Creekside Park
Commence construction of Public Plazas
2007 Fall
